Hiring a Personal Injury Attorney?

Finding The Right Attorney

In our last blog post we discussed how to fire your Attorney.  Today, we are going to discuss finding the Right personal injury Attorney to represent you.  Finding the right personal injury Attorney can make your life easy after you have been injured through no fault of your own.

We are different at Pepper & Odom Law Firm in that we are a law firm that focuses on personal injury litigation.  Unlike most firms, we have Attorneys that will gladly speak to you about your case because we consider our clients to be friends as well as clients.

Hiring The Right Attorney?

Think about the following questions:

First, does my Attorney care about me as a person?

Second, does my Attorney care more about me than his fee?

Third, can I talk to my Attorney without all the legal mumbo jumbo?

Fourth, does my Attorney understand the emotional and physical roller coaster I have been on since the accident?

Finally, am I comfortable with my Attorney?

You should have a “yes” on each of those questions. Again, at Pepper & Odom Law Firm we consider the people we work with to be friends and clients.  Additionally, we want a mutually beneficial relationship.  We do not accept a fee unless we collect for you!

Hire An Experienced Attorney

A personal injury Attorney’s expertise can get you more money if you hire the right Attorney in the first place.  If you take the time to read my biography on the Pepper & Odom website you will see that I have seen my share of motor vehicle accidents.  What was so devastating at the time is now a source to help me in dealing with the injured as well as their pain and suffering after an accident, for I have been there too just like you.
